We're currently seeking a Senior Commercial Property Manager to join our client's team and oversee a premium office portfolio. In this dynamic role, you'll have the opportunity to manage a diverse range of properties, ensuring they operate smoothly and efficiently while providing exceptional service to both property owners and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned commercial and industrial properties, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
* Prepare, manage, and monitor budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.
* Act as the primary point of contact for property owners, building and maintaining strong relationships through consistent communication regarding property performance.
* Address tenant concerns, requests, and needs with professionalism and efficiency.
* Select, coordinate, and manage third-party contractors and service providers.
* Lead lease negotiations, renewals, and ensure full compliance with lease terms.
* Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including safety and environmental standards.
* Supervise, mentor, and guide junior property management staff.
* Stay up-to-date with market trends and advise clients on property positioning and potential improvements.
* Implement and manage sustainable, energy-efficient practices within properties.
* Utilise property management software (Cirrus 8 / Released) and technology to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
About You:
We're looking for a commercial property management professional with a proven track record of success and a reputation for delivering friendly, responsive, and effective service to clients, tenants, and contractors alike.
You'll need to be an excellent communicator, familiar with property management software, and have a solution-oriented approach to addressing challenges quickly. A current real estate certification is required to be considered for this role.
