Role OverviewNTT Data is supporting a large-scale digital transformation program focused on modernising customer experience and billing platforms. This high-profile initiative will deliver a new CRM platform and a modern billing solution, introducing new business processes and integrated technologies across customer engagement and billing functions.As the Senior Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end delivery across CRM, billing and system integrations, managing governance, risks, dependencies, and executive-level stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership, transparency, and the ability to work across internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful outcomes across a complex transformation program.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of CRM, billing, and integration platforms within a complex transformation programEstablish and manage project governance, reporting, and delivery frameworksDrive executive-level stakeholder engagement and communicationManage cross-functional internal teams and external vendor partnersProactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependenciesEnsure alignment between technology delivery and business outcomesMaintain transparency across program milestones, budgets, and delivery status
Skills & ExperienceStrong previous experience delivering large-scale IT or digital transformation programsDemonstrated leadership across multi-disciplinary delivery teamsExperience working with CRM platforms and enterprise billing systemsExposure to Salesforce and cloud-based integration environments is highly regardedStrong understanding of governance, risk management, and executive reportingExcellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership capabilities
