Facilities Management Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Professional to support and drive strategic property investments and facility improvements across our national branch network.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring a safe, compliant, and efficient property footprint aligned with our business goals. You will manage a range of projects including wash bay and security upgrades, solar installations, and capital site improvements while providing planning, administrative, and supplier management support.
* Lead and support property projects including site upgrades, security enhancements, branding, and sustainability initiatives.
You will collaborate closely with Business Units, Environmental Management, and regional teams to help deliver continuous improvement through effective property project and facilities management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage supplier relationships and assist with procurement related to property works.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure safety, compliance, and alignment with strategic goals.
* Coordinate reactive and preventative maintenance by liaising with landlords and branch managers.
* Provide facilities management support across the national branch network.

Requirements:
* At least 4 years of experience in commercial facilities management.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent practical experience.
* Strong contractor management skills, with a focus on compliance and continuous improvement.
* Excellent time management, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general equipment familiarity.
* Clear and confident communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
