Marketing Coordinator – Full Time


Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm

Location: Brighton (Home Office/Studio Monday to Thursday, remote on Fridays – subject to change, same hours apply)

Our strategy is set, our momentum is strong, and now we need a Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a doing role. Someone with common sense, foresight, and the ability to be the glue that holds everything together so nothing gets missed.

What You Will Do


Shoot Coordination – Supporting the Executive Producers and CEO

* Own the Trading Plan updates across all countries
* Organise and manage shoots – models, talent, camera and sound, editing, travel, locations, hair and makeup, release forms – every moving part from brief to delivery.
* Ensure projects run smoothly, on schedule, and within budget.

Digital Design – Support for Digital Designer

* Provide clear briefs, priorities, and timelines before each project begins.
* Assist with copy and brand checks and final sign-off to prevent delays.

Content and Collateral Management – Support for Digital Trader

* Help organise and distribute marketing materials including TV ads, packaging, brochures, email newsletters, social media posts, Shopify blogs, and product fact sheets.
* Post content into scheduling platforms and handle minor edits using CapCut or when speed is required.

Copy Check & Brand Protection – Across the Business

* Proof and check copy to the highest standard.
* Ensure branding is consistent across all platforms and retailers.

TV Shows – Support for Executive Producers and CEO

* Book guests, gather images and media packs, and ensure they have all the information they need.
* Send thank you emails and gifts after the show.

Changes or New Initiatives – Support for Analyst and Stock Management

* Ensure all promotions and changes are reviewed by our analyst and fully checked before implementation.

Communication and Liaison – Across the Business

* Act as the point of contact between marketing and other departments including sales, product, and finance.
* Work with external agencies, suppliers, and media partners.

Admin and Organisation – Across the Business

* Maintain the set marketing calendar.
* Track budgets and invoices.
* Ensure no detail is missed.

Education & Qualifications

* Bachelor of Marketing and Communications – University of Sydney (or equivalent) with focus on Consumer Behaviour, Brand Strategy, Market Research, and Digital Campaigns.
* A Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communications or equivalent qualification is required.
* Diploma in Digital Media – TAFE NSW, with coursework in Social Media Marketing, Graphic Design Basics, and Web Content Creation.
* Equivalent digital media experience is acceptable in place of the TAFE NSW qualification.
* Google Analytics Certified.
* Google Ads Certified.
* Meta Blueprint Certified Digital Marketing Associate.
* All digital marketing certifications (Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Blueprint) must be held at the time of application.
* Short courses in SEO, SEM, Email Marketing Automation, and Amazon Advertising.

What We're Looking For

* Experience as a Marketing Coordinator (or similar role).
* Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator is required.
* Brilliant attention to detail and organisation.
* Someone happiest in a doing role, keeping workflows on track.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Enjoys being part of a collaborative team rather than a corporate hierarchy.
* Tech-savvy, adaptable, and comfortable juggling multiple projects at once.
* Candidates must be Australian citizens or permanent residents.
* Experience in consumer goods marketing is required.
