About the Opportunity
The Environment and Geosciences team in Perth are seeking a skilled Proposals Coordinator to join their team. This role involves supporting and assisting the Business Leader in various business development activities.
As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with experienced environmental scientists and proposal specialists to create high-quality proposals and other business development materials that meet clients' needs and expectations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and develop capability and opportunity documents
* Coordinate the proposal process, assigning tasks and timelines as needed
* Build strong relationships with campaign and business development managers and other key staff to drive business growth
* Create and maintain materials and supporting information
* Maintain an internal network to facilitate the sharing of relevant information and best practices
* Lead and promote a sense of community and team spirit within the team
* Perform ad hoc tasks as directed by the Business Leader and Project Manager
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in a similar sector or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Ideal experience in an engineering consultancy, construction, or design sector background
* Strong MS Office skills, proficient in Excel
* A positive attitude and good attention to detail
