About The Role
We're seeking Fixed Plant Maintenance Planners to support a mineral processing operation with maintenance planning across a broad range of fixed plant assets. This role operates on a hybrid roster, working 5 days in the city and 4 days on site, providing strong exposure to both planning and execution environments.
Using SAP, you'll be responsible for developing maintenance plans, preparing job packs, and ensuring work is fully planned and execution ready. The asset scope includes conveying systems, pumps, screening, ball and SAG mills, CIP circuits, and crushing plants.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain fixed plant maintenance plans
* Build and manage work orders and job plans in SAP
* Prepare job packs, materials, and resource requirements
* Plan maintenance activities across conveying, pumps, screening, mills, CIP, and crushing
* Liaise with site supervisors and maintenance teams to support execution readiness
* Support short term and shutdown planning as required
Benefits
* Hybrid roster with city and site exposure
* $90 to $100 per hour plus super, paid weekly.
* 3 month contract with possible extension

About You
* Proven experience in fixed plant maintenance planning
* Strong SAP experience for maintenance work management
* Exposure to gold processing or similar fixed plant operations
* Ability to plan work across multiple asset streams
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Must have the right to work in Australia
