Global CDMO recruitment specialist – APAC expert
Location : Remote in Australia
Industry : Medical Device - Women’s health / Fertility Space
We’re looking for a driven Sales and Key Accounts Manager to join our team and help grow our business in the fertility sector.
What You’ll Do
- Achieve sales targets and market share goals across your territory.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clinicians, scientists, and key decision-makers.
- Identify opportunities, design sales objectives, and deliver projects to capture growth.
- Share customer and market insights with internal teams to shape strategy.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the world.
- Represent the company at national meetings, conferences, and trade displays.
- Manage your travel and expenses.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
What Success Looks Like
- Achieving sales forecasts and KPIs.
- Clear, proactive communication with customers and colleagues.
- Strong CRM input and project completion.
- Professional teamwork and contribution to the broader business.
About You
- Scientific Degree.
- Business Development / Account Management experience.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and time-management skills.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Positive mindset, professional presence, and the ability to multitask.
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
Note : We are open to different levels of experience from Specialist/ Manager (2-5 years exp) and above.
