This position involves working closely with local employers and community groups to develop tailored plans for community members. You will empower them by developing their employability skills, providing support to employers and participants, and delivering high-quality services while adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. To be successful in this role, you must identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander.
\
2. You will need a current probationary or open Australian Driver's License (and comprehensively insured vehicle).
\
3. A willingness to complete a National Police check is also required.
\
4. You must be able to obtain a MyID (standard level).
\
5. Eligibility to work in Australia is necessary for this position.
