**About You**
- Demonstrated experience working in an internal Talent Acquisition function with a focus on white collar/professional roles - including but not limited to legal, accounting, finance, marketing, project delivery
- Significant experience partnering with multiple stakeholders and managing multiple streams/role disciplines
- Proven ability to work within in a complex business environment with inter-dependencies and varying stakeholder needs
- A natural ability to build rapport, consult and influence as required
- Strong problem-solving capability
- Strong stakeholder management experience - with the ability to influence and support leaders with keys hiring decisions
- Experience using sourcing tools and building talent pools of key roles
- Strong understanding of best practice 'end to end' recruitment principles
- A positive, motivated, collaborative, and flexible approach.
