 
        
        Digital Metro North (DMN) works collaboratively with Metro North Health (MNH) clinical leads and end users to deliver the digital transformation strategy for Metro North Health. It will ultimately create an integrated digital hospital and healthcare environment across Metro North. In meeting this strategy significant capital works are being undertaken over the next five years that includes hospital construction/refurbishment and the implementation of ieMR Advanced solution across Metro North. Delivering this will require a dedicated team, with the capacity to work across initiatives and domains, with the knowledge, determination, skills and experience to deliver. 
About the Role 
Reporting to the Delivery Stream Lead - Caboolture Hospital Redevelopment Program, you will manage, identify, develop and deliver organisational and business change management in the successful delivery of large scale, complex Information Management (IM) and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) program/project(s). 
Key knowledge and experience 
**The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the following**: 
- Follow defined service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken in order to ensure high quality, safe, services and workplaces. 
- Manage business change activities within an IM/ICT program/projects(s), including business change management, perks realisation, communications, stakeholder engagement and training. This includes assessing training needs, designing training, delivering training sessions, and evaluating their effectiveness. 
- Manage, identify, develop and plan business change management deliverables and resources required to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of IM/ICT program/project(s) which meets business needs. 
- Initiate, influence and maintain effective relationships with and between key internal and external stakeholders to proactively manage needs, expectations, mitigate risks and support change. 
- Proactively identify, report, document, and manage risks and issues associated with organisational change initiatives. 
- Ensure that all change management activities are strategically aligned with the business benefits Establish baseline measures and metrics that can be reported on to measure the throughout the project lifecycle and post implementation.
