About The Job
This is an exciting opportunity for a Vendor Replenishment Planner to join our thriving, high‐performing supply chain team in Sydney. The role serves as the essential bridge between Woolworths and Danone, giving end‐to‐end responsibility for the yogurt portfolio. You will lead order replenishment, drive seamless communications, ensure accurate data integrity, manage service levels, support forecasting reviews, and champion innovative supply‐chain projects to boost efficiency and deliver outstanding results.
Responsibilities
* Manage stock replenishment/order placement and inventory balance across the customer's network.
* Inform relevant internal and external stakeholders of supply‐chain changes that may influence service levels and stock availability in distribution centres and stores.
* Facilitate alignment between Metcash and Danone's commercial and supply teams to review short‐term demand forecasts and manage appropriate inventory.
* Coordinate regular business‐planning and collaboration meetings to update stakeholders on strategies for improving service, inventory, and efficiency.
* Drive planning and execution of new products, promotional activities, and discontinued items while maintaining service and appropriate inventory.
About You
You are a dynamic, self‐motivated planner who thrives on achieving results, engaging with a diverse range of people, and navigating ambiguity and changing priorities. Your adaptability, expertise with SAP and Excel, and keen eye for detail will help you flourish and make a meaningful impact within our high‐performing team.
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with ease.
* Prior working experience in SAP or any other ERP.
* Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
* High level of professionalism and proficiency in persuasive influencing skills.
* Excellent IT skills with the ability to learn new systems.
* A can‐do attitude and ability to hit the ground running.
