Responsibilities
* Provide a premium care experience to our clients that is genuine, compassionate and personalised
* Deliver care following the client's care plan that has been developed by the Care Designer
* Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly .
* Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
* Conduct Nursing Assessments
Skills & Experience
* Community nursing would be an advantage
* Subacute and disability experience
* Ability to identify and report client care concerns to the Director of Clinical Operations.
* Ability to redirect or deescalate behaviours
* Diabetes management
* Dementia experience would be an advantage
* Leadership experience is an advantage
Mandatory Requirements
* Passionate about making a difference.
* A self led leader with the ability to take responsibility for own behaviour & success.
* Coachable
* AHPRA Registration
* Registered or Enrolled Nurse
* CPR & First Aid Certification
* Car & Valid Drivers License
* National Police Check (Aged Care/ Vulnerable Persons Sector)
* NDIS Worker Screening Approval
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
