Your role
As a part-time Property Officer, you will manage and maintain a diverse portfolio of properties. Your key responsibilities include:
* Assisting in maintenance programs in liaison with relevant departments and tenants.
* Coordinating reactive building maintenance tasks and resolving customer requests for commercial and non-leased properties.
* Maintaining accurate records, including requests, quotes, invoices, and contracts.
* Providing effective and timely customer service.
* Monitoring project and works expenditure to stay within budget.
* Implementing occupational health and safety policies and procedures.
* Supporting the Property Portfolio Coordinator.
* Liaising with organisation parts for proper property management.
* Managing contract for a local caravan park, including caretaker contracts.
* Serving as the main liaison for caravan park enquiries.
* Overseeing procurement for maintenance works and caravan park management.
Qualifications
To succeed, you should have:
* Experience in property management or related fields.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of property laws and regulations.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
