A well-established, professional financial planning business is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Administration Assistant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career within the financial services industry, with full training and ongoing support provided.
About the Role
You will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and customer service support to the Director and senior support staff. This position offers variety and responsibility, with opportunities to expand your skills and grow within the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparing client reports (training provided)
* Liaising with clients and assisting with enquiries
* Liaising with industry providers and institutions
* Implementing and processing paperwork (training provided)
* Completing and lodging various industry forms
* Maintaining and updating client databases (training provided)
* Providing administrative support including data entry, filing, mail and reporting tasks
* Reception and client service support, including phone and front-desk duties as required
