**Requirements of the position**
- 5+ years' experience in large projects, with experience in working in Operating Model / Transformation initiatives.
- Prosci Certified and Trained.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding experience in developing content across the M365 suite (PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)
- Proven ability in developing, implementing, and measuring change management strategies and plans.
- Highly motivated with strong initiative, the ability to collaborate when needed, and work autonomously as a Change qualified.
- Proven ability to prioritise and manage a workload (during periods of complexity or ambiguity).
- Experience in working with and supporting a large and dynamic organization.
- Experience in the Telecommunications and/or Information Technology industries.
**Position Summary**
- Plan, coordinate and deliver agreed tasks with the Transformation Program Manager & Director of Office of the CIO (whether onsite or remote).
- Deliver required communications activities - messaging and building materials in support of upcoming rollouts, pilots, go-lives, and process/workflow changes.
- Align to and collaborate with the People and Culture Team where necessary
- Engage and work with C-Suite Senior Leaders in conjunction with the Transformation Program Manager / Director of Office of CIO.
- Collaborate with the EPMO Change Management team for support and leverage where required available templates.
- Own the implementation of agreed Change Management activities in consultation with the Transformation Program Manager and key stakeholders to achieve agreed outcomes.
- Develop and manage Change Management artefacts to inform decision making and support appropriate Project management and Governance to expected standards, including supporting audits and health checks (in accordance with Group IT's Project Delivery Methodology).
- Where required, implement change readiness assessments and recommendations to update and adjust planned activities to ensure the achievement of planned outcomes.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with core project team members and stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver (as required) training/learning/ capability support materials to help launch and embed Transformation objectives.
