Job Description
* You will be responsible for providing personalized holistic care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
* You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that support our residents' independence and quality of life.
Our residents require nursing services, whether in aged care, hospitals or community care settings. We provide a warm and nurturing environment where our residents can feel safe and supported.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A true passion for caring for others
* Strong communication skills
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent)
* Current AHPRA registration (Nursing)
* The ability to quickly build your knowledge of the AN-ACC funding system attributes (experience with this system would be even better)
