About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Database Administrator to enhance our organization's database management capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have strong practical experience of Oracle 19C and above versions, as well as expertise in handling Billing & CRM Databases and managing security standards and controls.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain, manage and enhance Telco's CRM Oracle DB
* Experience with Oracle DB upgrades and management tools (Data Guard, RMAN, Data pump)
* Proactively manage and maintain security standards and controls
* Optimize database performance, such as by tuning SQL queries, indexes, memory, storage, and network
* Execution of data migration jobs and scripts as required
* Support and collaborate with application developers
* Contribute to the creation and maintenance of disaster recovery plans
