The Opportunity:
As the Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in leading the team in a fast-paced retail environment to deliver an unbeatable client experience. You will play a key role in driving business growth, conversion of sales, and promoting Sephora's values while motivating the team.
You will also be responsible for:
* Utilizing data to inform operational decisions and develop strategies for business growth and conversion of sales
* Driving a selling culture within your team to meet KPIs and promote Sephora's values
* Consistently raising performance and capability of the team to support developing internal talent
* Implementing a continuous improvement mentality within the team and working in partnership with the wider team
* Energising your team to deliver first-class customer service within a fast-paced environment

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 2-3+ years' experience in retail/store line management
* Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail
* Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience
* Excellent organisational, analytical, and business management skills
* Hands-on leadership style, with a knack for attracting, identifying, and inspiring talented employees
* Strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and ability to influence team members at all levels
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, before/after store hours, and evenings
