Senior Executive Assistant, Queensland Health
Play a key role in supporting the Chief Executive and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Based in Toowoomba, you'll manage correspondence, coordinate schedules, and help maintain clear communication across the organisation. This role suits someone who's organised, discreet, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where relationships matter.
What your day will look like....
You'll manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, prepare briefing notes, and keep records and systems up to date. You'll liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, coordinate meetings, and support the Chief Executive with time-sensitive tasks. Whether drafting a letter or solving a scheduling challenge, your work will reflect the values of integrity, compassion and professionalism that guide Darling Downs Health.
