The Role Your key responsibilities will include: Managing multiple email inboxes for invoices and correspondence Ensuring accurate entry of supplier and tenant invoices Uploading and processing client invoices into trust accounting software Assisting with daily and monthly trust account bank reconciliations Responding to email enquiries from clients where appropriate Drafting basic correspondence as required Supporting corrections of BPAY returns and banking uploads General administrative support as needed About You We’re looking for someone who is: A confident communicator with a professional and proactive attitude Experienced in accounts (real estate experience preferred) Highly organised with strong administration skills Familiar with trust accounting systems such as PropertyTree or PropertyMe (preferred) Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a busy environment No car or Certificate of Registration required for this role.
