About the role
Events play avital role in bringing our people, clients and partners together, strengtheningthe sense of community that underpins how we work and who we serve.
We arelooking for an Event Manager to join our Change Enablement team and take thelead on planning and delivering a wide range of events across the firm — fromcorporate meetings and conferences to staff gatherings and key moments in ourcalendar.
In this role, you will shape experiences that help us stay connected, learntogether, and reflect the communities we represent.
You'll manage each eventfrom initial concept through to post-event follow-up, ensuring every detail isconsidered and every experience feels purposeful.
Working closely with seniorleaders and internal teams, you will understand the intent behind each eventand deliver moments that run smoothly, create genuine connection and meet theexpectations of our stakeholders.
What you'll do?
Coordinate and deliver a broad range of events that support the firm's Strategic Plan
Partner with the Executive Leadership Team and internal stakeholders to understand event requirements and design appropriate event formats
Manage all event logistics including venues, catering, entertainment, agendas, run sheets, guest lists and on the day coordination
Oversee event budgets in consultation with the Executive Assistant team
Lead the delivery of events with onsite support from the Executive Assistant team and other internal partners
Provide event documentation, planning support and guidance to internal teams
Contribute to improvement initiativesacross event planning and delivery, always looking for ways to enhance efficiency and attendee experience
What you'll do?
You willbring experience delivering events across a range of scales, from smallerleadership sessions through to large corporate events of up to four hundredguests, along with proven capability in professional services or a similarenvironment.
You will be confident planning and coordinating multiple events atonce, managing competing priorities and maintaining a high standard of detailthroughout.
You will have strong communication skills, excellent timemanagement, a genuine focus on customer experience and the ability to handleissues calmly so that events run smoothly.
You will be proficient across theMicrosoft suite and project planning tools, and you will hold a qualificationin event planning.
