**What You'll Do**: You'll partner with another skilled team member to maintain our expertly established gardens, ensuring they remain healthy and beautiful throughout the year. Your role will include professional garden maintenance, planting, mulching, and turfing when needed.
**You're Perfect for This Role If You Have**:
- This is a permanent full-time position for someone who is likely to thrive and remain as part of our team long term, so you must be a permanent Australian resident to apply. Temporary visa holders will not be considered for this role.
- 2+ years of experience maintaining large-scale gardens, with expertise in mowing, hedging, and pruning
- A commitment to quality work and the energy to maintain a steady, efficient pace
- An eagerness to learn and grow in your career
- Ability to commute to our Padstow base
- Current White Card
- Proper safety boots
