We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team as a mid-senior level engineer with strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
About the Role:
* Contribute to the development of comprehensive testing strategies to ensure high-quality software delivery.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test cases, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
* Design, develop, and execute automated tests for web applications, leveraging expertise in performance and stress testing.
* Work on self-service identity tools that utilize AI, ensuring they are secure, reliable, and meet expectations.
* Promote quality assurance standards and best practices, driving excellence throughout the organization.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of hands-on software testing experience with web applications, delivering high-quality results.
* College degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field — or equivalent work experience, demonstrating technical proficiency.
* Strong programming background, with expertise in CI/CD pipeline automation.
* Familiarity with various testing types: unit, integration, system, functional, non-functional, and performance testing.
* Skilled in planning, designing, and executing tests, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
* Experience working in Agile environments, with a proven track record of delivering results under tight deadlines.

* Able to think creatively and take initiative to improve testing and product quality, driving innovation within the organization.
* Detailed-oriented with strong analytical skills, able to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.

* Familiarity with testing tools like Selenium, Vulcan, or SpecFlow, and basic knowledge of DevOps practices.
* Comfortable working in remote teams across different time zones, collaborating seamlessly to achieve common objectives.
