We are on the lookout for an energic Part-time Sales Assistant to JOIN our Joondalup store!
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role will see the successful candidate being focused on delivering an amazing customer experience to every customer in our stores, building rapport with regular customers, and recognising loyal customers to provide care and fashion consultation in a professional yet friendly manner.
The Part Time Sales Assistant will be flexible to work a rotational weekend roster including late-night trade and will experience opportunities across various areas of the store such as the sales floor, front register, fitting room assistance, and in-store reserves. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include staying on top of stock levels, connecting and consulting with customers to drive the store's sales results, maintaining in-store visual merchandising, and supporting duties.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role you will genuinely love fashion, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure, and have a passion for success. You will need to be proactive, hands‐on, and self‐driven; you will thrive when provided with challenges and work well either in a team or autonomously. You will also be an individual flare who lives by fashion inspirations and trends, have an eye for fashion styling, desire to continuously exceed customers' expectations, and will have an advantage if you have proven experience in retail (preferably fashion).
