Administrative Support Role
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Administrative Support in our Bathurst, NSW office. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and working closely with our Apprentice & Trainee Recruitment and Services Teams.
This is an entry-level position that offers hands-on skills and training for an exciting career in Administration and Recruitment. You will work in a supportive team environment, learning from passionate individuals who are dedicated to making a positive impact.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in:
* Triage candidate enquiries and provide initial support and advice on services
* Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing and screening candidates
* Document control, data handling, and following workplace procedures
* Offer administrative support and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders
* Contribute to the overall goals and business growth of the organization
* Attend community events, including career expos and information sessions
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants should possess:
* Excellent customer service and administration experience
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
* Able to commit to training requirements and duration of the traineeship
* Hold a paid Working with Children Check
* Flexibility to occasionally travel across the Central West region using a company-supplied vehicle
