At Randstad, we Partner with Australiaâs leading Civil and Construction companies. Our projects include construction of major civil projects including roadworks, residential and rural subdivisions and Commercial construction.
Due to increased projects, our clients are looking for Multi skilled Excavator Operators to join their busy teams .
Duties
- You will be working alongside a team of skilled civil workers and other truck/ machine operators/drivers to efficiently execute projects on residential and commercial sites.
- Road maintance labouring
- Operate roller to compact earth, subgrade, and sub-base asphalt surfaces in the construction of roadways and paths.
- Roller operating - smooth and padfoot
- Truck driving
- Helping set up site
- Communicating with the crews on the ground and the machine operators in the area.
- Conducting routine maintenance checks and ensuring equipment is in good condition.
- Timely submission of paperwork
- Follow Company OHS & E Policies and Procedures
Requirements
- Experience on civil construction projects - road maintance
- Roller operators ticket
- Labouring on roads
- A robust safety focus
- White / Blue card
- Able to pass drug and alcohol testing
- A valid HR licence (Preferred)
- Can provide references relating to recent, similar experience
