Who will you be working with?
You’ll join a forward-thinking business that values performance, collaboration, and innovation. In this part-time role, you’ll support senior leaders by managing the workforce planning and scheduling of over 80 staff across sales, service, and claims teams. Your insights and recommendations will play a key role in shaping resource allocation, staffing forecasts, and operational efficiency.
This is a 3-day per week, initial 6-month contract, with strong potential to convert into a permanent role. Ideally, you’ll be based within 2 hours of Maroochydore and available for in-person onboarding during your first week (accommodation expenses paid). The role can then be performed remotely. Alternatively, if located more remotely, the client is prepared to cover transportation and accommodation expenses for attendance in week one.
What’s In It For You:

Location: Anywhere in Australia (with in-person attendance required for week 1 onboarding)

Salary range $70k–$100k pro-rated
Opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and make strategic workforce recommendations
Play a key role in optimizing service delivery through smarter scheduling
Duties and Responsibilities:
Use workforce planning tools (Playvox, Dialpad) to forecast workloads and manage scheduling and rostering
Analyze and present staffing data, behavioral trends, and operational insights
Provide monthly rosters and forecasts, including recommendations around resourcing, hiring, and attrition
Identify and advise on patterns such as break management, productivity loss, and top-performer behaviors
Collaborate with leaders to improve performance visibility and workforce efficiency
We are looking for someone with:
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with data to drive business decisions
Strong time management and stakeholder engagement abilities
Confidence in presenting insights and making resourcing recommendations
A proactive mindset – able to learn and navigate new tools independently
