If you have recently completed your Certificate IV in Aeroskills – Avionics, Structures, Mechanical or Armament, or have experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer working on Military or Commercial Aircraft, we want to hear from you.Key RESPONSIBILITIESBe responsible to the Team Leader for scheduled servicing and unscheduled maintenance:Mechanical AMEs: Responsible for hydraulic, environmental, pneumatic, and propulsion systems, and related components and propellers.Avionic AMEs: Maintain, inspect, and diagnose faults in avionic systems and components on fixed and rotary-wing aircraft.Structures AMEs: Responsible for production, maintenance, and repair of sheet metal, bonded, and non-metallic composite components.Armament AMEs: Maintain emergency escape, egress, and weapon systems, including onboard computers, stores, and armament loads.Ensure maintenance and technical documentation are authorized and compliant.Accurately record work details and obtain certification as required.Incorporate engineering advice, defect reports, and publication updates as directed.Report defects, deficiencies, and unserviceabilities to the Team Leader.Perform maintenance only within delegated and authorized levels.Initiate quality, non-conformance, or defect reports as directed.About YOUHolds a Certificate IV in Aeroskills or recognized training (Mandatory).Australian Citizen eligible for a Federal Government Security Clearance (Mandatory).Experience or strong interest in working with Defence Military Aircraft.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.Applicant ELIGIBILITYAustralian Citizenship is mandatory due to security clearance requirements.
