ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an opportunity for an experienced professional, to join our Group as a Business Systems Analyst with a focus on our Retail & Merchandising systems. You will be responsible for undertaking various forms of analysis related to the delivery of technology for our Retail & Merchandising projects to ensure smooth system updates and changes. You will work with the development teams to deliver system changes that assist in providing the right technology solutions for the business and our customers. In addition to this, you will be required to collaborate with the application test team to ensure software and changes released into the business are functioning efficiently and meeting expectations, also working closely with relevant end users coordinating and completing User Acceptance Testing. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Relevant degree / qualification in
• Previous experience delivering technology projects and undertaking analysis, requirements gathering or system design
• Ability to manage project resources, business stakeholders and third party suppliers
• Experience of Retail Directions RMS/SMS & Aptean MFP & PLM is an advantage, as is SQL Server & Dev Ops
• Demonstrable strategic thinking, analytical and problem solving skills.
