Overview
Looking for experienced customer focused Customer Service Reps. Immediate start at $32.16 p/h in Goulburn. Must have positive computer skills and be able to work in high-volume work environments.
Primary Purpose of the Position
Responsible for managing the customer enquiry mailbox and dealing with a wide range of customer enquiries.
Key accountabilities/responsibilities
Triage and respond to basic customer enquiries using knowledge articles
Demonstrated ability to use computer systems and templates
Ability to use knowledge articles to answer relevant enquiries or refer them to other departments where appropriate
Response to enquiries which require mínimal level of investigation
Dealing with E Toll Enquires such as account enquiries, closing enquiries, checking balances, adding vehicles etc.
Previous experience using Salesforce Classic would be beneficial but not required.
Excellent written communication skills required
Proficient in MS Outlook
