The Centre Cook plays a vital role in shaping the daily experiences of children in our care.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Create delicious, healthy meals that fuel young minds and bodies.
* Health and Safety:
* Prepare meals to account for special dietary requirements and allergies ensuring the safety of children.
* Menu Planning and Organisation:
* Use creativity and organisational skills to plan the menu and order food supplies in consultation with the Centre Director.
* Food Hygiene and Standards:
* Maintain high standards of food safety by ensuring all storage, handling and preparation of food and drinks is hygienic.
* Roster and Work Schedule:
* Work a part-time roster of 15 hours per week with no split shifts, night shifts or weekend work.
