Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Security Team Member to undertake Control Room Operator duties who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills and passion for the security industry with a strong desire to make a difference.
This position is based at Macarthur Square, working closely with both Assetlink and our Client to ensure a safe and secure working environment for all persons, including contractors, visitors and employees in the building and surrounding area.
The successful candidate will have experience monitoring CCTV cameras and associated equipment, managing various communications to the control room, dealing with client, tenant and customer enquiries and/or issues.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and operate CCTV cameras and associated equipment
* Manage various communications to the control room, dealing with client, tenant and customer enquiries and/or issues
* Fire Alarm Response, EWS Mimic Panel Operation (Warden) and provide accurate reports
* Assist with Emergency Situations as they arise
* Disperse Guards to potential situations caught on CCTV and monitor situations until the closure of the incident
* Maintain daily reporting requirements within agreed timelines
* Coordinate emergency incidents i.e. fire, bomb threat or any other critical incident
* Risk identification and issue resolution
* Maintain all Security aspects around the Control Room including key registers, contact lists and leave registers
* Provide exceptional customer service to internal/external stakeholders
* General security duties including administration tasks
The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications and experience in the security industry, including a NSW Security Licence and Certificate II in Security Operations qualification.
