Based in the heart of Bendigo, you'll be helping customers book their dream getaways, from Bali escapes, European River Cruises to Aussie road trips and everything in between.
We prioritise our customers' wants and needs over KPIs and seek an experienced multi-skilled full or part time travel consultant to join our team.
About the Role
* Consult with clients to understand their holiday needs and preferences
* Book flights, accommodation, tours, and travel insurance
* Provide expert advice on destinations, visas, and travel tips
* Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers
* Handle enquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2 years experience as a travel agent
* A strong background in domestic and international travel
* GDS experience (preferred with Sabre but training provided)
* Customer service experience essential
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A genuine passion for travel and helping others
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Computer literacy and attention to detail
