As the Manager, Plan Management, you will oversee the strategic direction, operational excellence and customer experience of a large, rapidly scaling Financial Plan Management (FPM) service. You'll lead a capable team, strengthen systems and processes, and drive innovation — including the introduction of new technologies and service models — to ensure customers receive responsive, high‐quality financial plan management support.
