Are you a strategic, people‐centred leader who thrives in a fast‐growing, purpose‐driven environment? This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high‐performing Plan Management division for a respected NDIS provider committed to empowering people and communities to connect and thrive.

As the Manager, Plan Management, you will oversee the strategic direction, operational excellence and customer experience of a large, rapidly scaling Financial Plan Management (FPM) service. You'll lead a capable team, strengthen systems and processes, and drive innovation — including the introduction of new technologies and service models — to ensure customers receive responsive, high‐quality financial plan management support.

This role is ideal for a leader who understands the disability sector, brings strong financial operations knowledge, and is energised by growth, transformation and service excellence.

What You'll LeadStrategic and operational leadership of a growing FPM divisionA values‐aligned, high‐performing team delivering efficient, accurate financial transactionsService model design, scaling and continuous improvementCustomer‐centred service delivery aligned to NDIS requirementsSector engagement, stakeholder relationships and organisational capability upliftCompliance, audit readiness, risk management and quality assuranceBusiness development, including partnerships and growth opportunitiesFinancial oversight, KPI monitoring and performance reportingChange leadership across systems, processes and cultureWhat You BringExperience leading service delivery teams in a dynamic, customer‐focused environmentStrong understanding of NDIS, disability sector reforms and the social model of disabilityKnowledge of financial transactions, accounts payable processes and customer service principlesExperience designing and implementing service models, systems and technology solutionsProven ability to lead change, deliver projects and manage organisational growthHigh emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership styleExperience in finance, accounts administration, bookkeeping or related fields (CPA/CA beneficial but not essential)A proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for improving customer outcomesWhy This Role Matters
