Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.
The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve daily sales targets by engaging with customers, promoting our products and services, and building strong relationships.
* Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication, active listening, and empathy.
* Process memberships and data entry accurately and efficiently.
* Conduct tours of the facility, showcasing our services and activities, and turn prospective members into ongoing subscribers.
* Stay up-to-date with all centre services and activities, and apply sound cash handling principles and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Requirements
* A minimum of [X] years' experience in sales or customer service.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
