We're looking for an Area Manager - OSHC to support 6-8 Outside School Hours Care services.
Someone who understands the rhythm of OSHC, enjoys leading people, and knows how to balance quality, compliance, and the realities of daily operations.

What you'll actually be doing
Supporting and mentoring Centre Directors and Coordinators
Being a visible leader across your portfolio (not a remote one)
Helping services navigate staffing, compliance, and family expectations
Partnering with leaders to lift quality and consistency
Stepping in calmly when things get busy or complicated
Using data and insight — without losing the human side of leadership
You won't be micromanaging.
You'll be enabling people to do their best work.
