**Job Title:** Talent Acquisition Officer
Catholic Education Office NT seeks a professional to drive recruitment strategy and create a robust candidate pipeline. This role will work closely with the HR Manager to develop and implement the talent function, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, partner with hiring managers, and provide leadership to the Recruitment and HR Administrator. They will also build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, representing the organisation at external forums and career events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the recruitment process from posting roles to extending offers
* Partner with hiring managers to understand unique departmental needs
* Provide leadership and support to the Recruitment and HR Administrator
* Implement and adopt an effective onboarding system
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
* Represent the organisation at external events
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in internal or agency recruitment, with expertise in recruitment processes, interview techniques, and candidate assessment. They will be confident using recruitment software and HR technologies, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
