Waterfall Security is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Director to join our team in a leadership role.

What You'll Do:
Develop new business opportunities by leveraging your network and qualifying leads.
Secure key reference accounts in target industries.
Drive land-and-expand strategies, from POC to large-scale deployments.
Consistently meet and exceed enterprise quota targets.
Represent Waterfall Security at industry conferences and events.
Present and demonstrate Waterfall's products to potential customers.
Implement both tactical and strategic go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in selling network security solutions.
3+ years of direct sales experience, preferably within industrial sectors or the government sector.
Strong advantage: Experience in ICS (Industrial Control Systems).
Experience working within global teams.
Ability to multitask effectively and manage complex sales cycles.
Adaptable, flexible, and results-oriented with a strong sense of integrity.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
Strong technical and business acumen, with the ability to align customer needs with Waterfall Security solutions.
Executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
