About
Andrews is a privately owned property developer delivering residential, retail and commercial projects across the Gold Coast. With our in-house construction arm, A Construct, we deliver projects from concept through to construction, giving our team full visibility and control over quality, programme and outcome. With multiple projects underway and a strong pipeline ahead, we are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join the team.
The Role
You will play a key role across multi-residential projects, working closely with the project and site teams to manage procurement, cost control and contract administration. This role suits someone commercially sharp, detail focused and confident taking ownership.
What You Will Be Doing
· Managing subcontractor procurement and contract letting
· Preparing scopes of work and trade packages
· Cost reporting, forecasting and budget management
· Assessing progress claims and managing subcontractor payments
· Negotiating with trades to drive value and maintain programme
· Monitoring project costs and identifying risks early
· Maintaining accurate contract and project documentation
· Working closely with site teams to keep projects moving
About You
· Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator on construction projects
· Multi-residential experience highly regarded
· Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
· Confident managing procurement, cost reporting and contracts
· Able to read drawings and prepare detailed scopes
· Proficient in Excel and construction systems such as Jobpac
· Reliable, organised and comfortable taking ownership
· Strong communicator who can deal directly with trades and consultants
