About the Role:We’re expanding our team and seeking two new Internal Sales team members to join us. Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Service: Serve trade customers at the counter and respond to customer enquiries via phone and email. Prepare and follow up on quotes and assist with aftersales
- Drive Engagement: Oversee customer training and collaborate with suppliers on trade events
- Admin Support: Handle order processing, maintain accurate records, and assist with general branch administration to keep operations running smoothly
- Versatile Duties: Be involved with merchandising, re-stocking products
- Location: Full-time branch-based role in Caringbah - Monday to Friday hours
About You:
- Previous Experience: Ideally, you will have previous customer service, admin or sales experience
- Team Player: You are easygoing, enjoy working in a close-knit team, and thrive in a collaborative environment
- Proactive & Positive: You take initiative, bring a robust work ethic, and approach challenges with a can-do attitude

- Physically Capable: Comfortable handling and moving large products
- Licenses: Current drivers license
