We are seeking an exceptional Account Manager to drive sales growth and build lasting relationships with clients in the residential building industry.
You will have previous experience at a Sales Representative/Account Management level or similar capacity. Your ability to develop strong relationships in a B2B environment will enable you to succeed in this challenging role. Having a passion for delivering outstanding customer service will result in achieving sales targets and KPIs while adding value to customers.
About the role
1. Achieving sales, margin, and product mix targets.
2. Attracting new customers and growing existing business.
3. Analyzing sales and customer data to identify new opportunities.
4. Effectively managing a diverse customer base.
5. Developing and implementing sales plans and initiatives.
6. Representing our brands to key stakeholders through sales meetings, training, and industry events.
Requirements
1. A strong ability to develop and maintain B2B relationships and influence decision-making.
2. A comprehensive understanding of the building industry with a focus on FOW Plumbing and Appliances.
3. Previous experience in a similar sales role.
4. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
5. A sound business acumen with the ability to understand financials.
