We are seeking a skilled Support Officer to join our team. The primary purpose of this role is to provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Clinical Director Prevention and Minor Injuries & Illness Clinic.
* The ideal candidate will have a high level of knowledge and skills relevant to a Support Officer role, including time management, negotiation, problem solving, oral and written communication.
About You
To be successful in this role you will need:
1. A high level of ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines, as well as being flexible in a changing work environment.
2. Ability to work autonomously and cooperatively as part of an executive team.
3. Ability to use Microsoft Office programs to an intermediate level.
Mandatory Requirements
* Vaccination against certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO 01/16.
