We're a fast-growing e-commerce business based in the heart of Brookvale, and we're looking for our next Customer Service superstar to join our incredible team. Our customers are at the core of everything we do, and we need someone with genuine empathy and a passion for providing an exceptional experience.
This isn't your average call centre role. You'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice of our brand, working within a small, supportive team where your contribution truly matters.
A Day in the Life:
As our Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary goal is to ensure every interaction is a positive one. You will:
- Be the friendly voice of our brand, handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email with warmth and professionalism.
- Become a product expert, confidently providing advice and recommendations to help customers find exactly what they need (full training is provided).
- Effortlessly assist customers with placing orders, tracking deliveries, and processing returns.
- Turn challenges into solutions by skilfully troubleshooting product issues and managing warranty claims.
- Collaborate with your team to ensure a seamless and consistently brilliant customer journey from start to finish.
What We're Looking For (About You):
- You have a true passion for helping people and a naturally empathetic and patient approach.
- You possess previous experience in a customer-facing role (e-commerce or retail is a huge plus!).
- You're an excellent communicator – you're clear, confident, and friendly, both on the phone and in writing.
- You have a knack for problem-solving and can think on your feet to find the best solution.
- You're organised, have great attention to detail, and are comfortable navigating computer systems.
- Most importantly, you have a positive, can-do attitude and are a genuine team player.
