About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Cook to join our team at Jaques Coffee Lounge in Mareeba. You will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious cafe-style meals, maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen, and supporting our colleagues to deliver fresh quality food to customers.
Schedule:
* Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
* No work on public holidays
* Consistent hours and a friendly supportive environment
Requirements:
* Resident of Mareeba Shire QLD
* Must hold a current Food Handling Certificate
* Experience in stock ordering and inventory management
* Strong time management and teamwork skills
* Passion for great food presentation and quality
* Reliable positive and professional attitude
* Stable employment history with references
* Minimum 6-12 months of cooking experience required
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
* Must be available for weekdays only (Monday to Friday)
