This senior leadership position requires driving sustainable business growth through identifying, developing, and managing high-value strategic partnerships.
* Develop a national strategy to identify, pursue, and manage strategic partnerships that align with business objectives and contribute to long-term growth.
* Assess the financial health, strategic alignment, and long-term viability of potential and existing partners.
* Oversee the integration of partnership strategies, ensuring alignment between internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and clients to maximise the value of partnerships and drive business results.
* Lead negotiations and manage partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
* Manage the development of commercial agreements for each new partnership opportunity.
* Manage and inspire a small team, empowering employees to own their responsibilities.
Key Requirements
We are seeking an experienced professional with:
* A minimum of 10 years of experience in highly regulated/deregulated industries with a strong understanding of market structures and compliance requirements.
* A proven track record in developing and negotiating complex commercial service agreements.
* Strong business acumen with the ability to formulate strategic goals.
* Well-developed networks and a solid understanding of energy market dynamics and distribution channels.
* Demonstrated ability to conceptualise and navigate complex commercial environments.
