Job Description
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support team.
* Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings efficiently.
* Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as required.
* Handle incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure proper document filing and organisation.
* Assist in planning and coordinating events and activities.
* Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
* Undertake other administrative tasks as directed to support the team's objectives.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in an administrative or support role, ideally within the education sector.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively.
* Proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
