The Position

In the role of Office Manager/EA, your key responsibilities will include:
Provide administrative support to the Director and his team.
Preparing property marketing, including signboards, brochures, online & newsprint property presence
Booking photo shoots, day-to-day appointments, and styling work!
Preparing agency agreements & pre-listing kits
Attend to general office management duties

The Person
Minimum 2 years' experience in a EA Role or Sales Administration role is a must!
Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised, systems-oriented with an eye for detail
Great people skills and first-class customer service
Immaculate personal presentation is a must
Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
