About This Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to spearhead our financial operations, ensuring strong governance, cash flow stability and insightful business performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
* Manage and mentor the finance team in Australia and the Philippines
* Develop robust financial models, dashboards, and performance metrics
* Improve internal processes and reporting frameworks to enhance efficiency and accuracy
* Partner with leadership on strategic and operational planning
* Ensure compliance with audit, tax, and statutory requirements across multiple jurisdictions
* Oversee commercial analysis, pricing support, and client profitability reporting
* Manage risk, contracts, and insurance, engaging external advisors as needed
Requirements
* CA or CPA qualified with at least 10 years of senior finance experience
* Demonstrated success in leading finance teams across multi-site or international operations
* Strong background in financial reporting, cash flow management, and forecasting
* Skilled in system and process improvement, with experience developing dashboards and BI reporting
* Hands-on, collaborative leadership style with excellent communication skills
* Commercially aware, pragmatic, and capable of operating in a fast-paced growth environment
