The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with leadership in a structured, performance-focused environment, contributing to the ongoing improvement of recruitment processes and internal systems.
We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments including:
* Business Development Managers (field sales)
* Administration
* Support & Operations
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and optimising LinkedIn and Seek recruitment campaigns
* Proactively sourcing and engaging candidates
* Conducting structured phone screens and interviews
* Assessing sales capability, professionalism, and role alignment
* Maintaining accurate and organised candidate records within our CRM
* Coordinating onboarding documentation and ensuring compliance standards are met
What We're Looking For
* Previous recruitment experience (agency or internal)
* Confidence conducting structured phone screens and interviews
* Ability to assess sales capability and role alignment
* Strong organisational skills with accurate CRM management
* Proactive approach to sourcing and candidate engagement
* High attention to detail, particularly with onboarding documentation
* Clear communication skills and professional judgement
