About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Joiner to join our team and undertake joinery manufacturing, assembly, and installation work across ongoing
projects.
You will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, producing joinery components, and ensuring accurate assembly and installation in both
workshop and on-site environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Interpret plans, specifications, and technical drawings to determine materials, dimensions, and appropriate joinery methods
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery, including computer-controlled equipment, to fabricate joinery components
• Manufacture and assemble joinery items such as doors, window frames, cabinetry, and structural components
• Construct and finish timber elements including staircases, handrails, balustrades, and related fittings
• Assemble components using a range of joinery techniques and fixing methods to ensure structural integrity and precision
• Disassemble completed components where required and prepare them for transport and installation
• Ensure all work is completed with accuracy, proper alignment, and high-quality finishing standards
• Conduct quality checks and maintain compliance with safety and workplace standards
Required Qualifications & Experience
• Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent trade qualification
• Minimum 2 years full-time relevant experience in joinery, assembly, or installation work
• Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Experience in manufacturing and assembling prefabricated joinery components
• Proficiency in the use of hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workmanship quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
